a rare occurrence

A man in a white uniform and hat sits at a desk across from a man in a plaid shirt, speaking and gesturing with his hands while the other man listens; the scene is set in an office with a window, plants, and a wall chart, and the camera cuts to a close-up of the man in the uniform's face.
