A large, grey, hooded figure stands in front of the Brandenburg Gate, its body and arms covered in white and pink balloons that burst and scatter outward in a continuous loop. The figure remains mostly stationary while the balloons explode from its form, causing people in the surrounding plaza to react and move away.
