Barging in flat out

A player character lies motionless on a shattered floor, surrounded by bloodstains and the bodies of fallen enemies, after being killed in a first-person shooter game. The view shifts from the character's weapon and the game's user interface to a top-down perspective of the corpse, then to a nearby electrical box, indicating the player's defeat.
