Broke the system

A red claw machine with a glass front contains shelves of boxed phones and a bottom tray of plush toys; a hand manipulates a green joystick at the base, moving the claw mechanism inside, which then drops down and fails to grab a prize, causing the machine to shake and the claw to retract. The scene abruptly cuts to a chaotic outdoor confrontation where a person is pushed to the ground, followed by a close-up of a man with a distressed expression, hands on his face.
