Oh dear, oh dear

A bearded priest in white and gold vestments stands before a crowd, raising a censer and swinging it back and forth while chanting. He moves his arms in a sweeping motion, swinging the censer in a wide arc, as people in the crowd watch and smile. The setting appears to be an outdoor or semi-outdoor area near a stone building.
