Hmmmmm

A cartoon penguin wearing an FBI cap stands in a control room, holding a bag of Cheez-It Dibbles and eating one, while a red-haired anime girl with ram horns reacts with surprise and then a wide smile, her face partially obscured by a black censored bar. The scene alternates between the penguin's smug expressions and the girl's changing emotional reactions.
