Catch a little stump

A man in a black jacket and jeans walks across a paved area carrying a large, brown, cylindrical object above his head, while another man in a blue and white jacket sits on a bench observing; a bicycle lies on the ground nearby, and a multi-story residential building stands in the background. The scene is set outdoors in a residential area with parked cars and a playground structure visible.
