A person in a red shirt sits on a couch and repeatedly reaches their right arm up toward a cat perched on the back of the couch near a window with white shutters, while a dog lies on the couch in the foreground. The cat remains mostly still, looking out the window, as the person's arm moves up and down in a looping motion.
