Two uniformed officers in winter gear and face masks stand on either side of a dark car, holding clipboards, while a woman in the driver's seat interacts with them, first holding a phone to her ear, then smiling and holding up a wad of cash. The scene takes place outdoors in front of a building with a brick facade under a partly cloudy sky.
