A woman in a blue puffer jacket stands outside a building with glass doors and metal railings, holding a microphone with a red '5' logo and speaking directly to the camera. The scene is a static shot of a news report, with a lower third graphic displaying changing Ukrainian text and a COVID-19 statistic overlay on the left.
