The Hooligan Otter

An otter walks along a narrow wooden dock over water, its body swaying side to side with each step, its tail held upright. The otter moves forward from the middle of the dock toward the far end, then turns and walks back toward the camera, repeating this motion in a continuous loop. The setting is a man-made dock with weathered planks, bordered by calm, greenish-blue water and a rocky, earthen bank.
