Quarantine

A man in a brown coat and hat leans over a man in a dark uniform who is slumped over a chair, then stands and faces the uniformed man, speaking and gesturing with his hands while the other man listens. The scene takes place in a dimly lit room with green plants and a metal gate in the background.
