Drank a lot

A man with a beard and long hair, wearing yellow circular objects on his eyes, sits in a room and speaks while making hand gestures. He gives a thumbs-up, then moves his hands outward and to the side, shifting his gaze and expression as he talks. The setting is a cluttered indoor space with a bed, shelves, and a window with patterned curtains.
