A man in a dark coat and cap stands in a snowy outdoor setting, raising his right hand in a salute while surrounded by a crowd; the scene cuts to him speaking at a podium with Cyrillic text on a banner behind him, then to a close-up of his face as he smiles, followed by a shot of him standing alone in a large open area with buildings in the background, and finally back to a close-up of him smiling and raising his hand again.
