A man in a dark coat dances in the foreground, performing synchronized moves including arm gestures and a high kick, while a group of zombie-like figures in tattered clothing shuffle and lurch behind him in a foggy, green-lit urban environment. The man alternates between facing the camera and turning away, leading the undead in a choreographed dance across a wet, cracked pavement.
