A young man appears in a series of short clips, first touching his chin while looking at the camera, then shown in a distorted image, followed by him washing his face in a shower, crawling on the floor, closing his eyes with a pained expression, and finally lying on his back with his eyes closed and tongue out. The scenes take place in various indoor settings including a room with a curtain, a bathroom, and a living area.
