Cooled off right away

A silver sedan stops in the middle of a multi-lane road, and a man in a purple shirt exits the driver's side door and walks toward the center of the intersection. The scene is viewed from inside a vehicle stopped behind the sedan, with other cars and buildings visible in the background under a clear sky.
