Big leader

A conductor with wild hair, dressed in a tuxedo, energetically conducts an orchestra while wielding a tennis racket as a baton; he swings the racket above his head, brings it down in a dramatic motion, and at one point a burst of white smoke erupts from his hands as he holds the racket aloft, all within a concert hall setting.
