Inside a moving vehicle, a woman in a headscarf and black top repeatedly pulls a white cloth or tissue from a bag and holds it up to the face of a man in a white shirt, who leans back and away from it. The woman then lowers the cloth and looks down, while the man watches her, in a continuous loop.
