Swing

A person on a middle-floor balcony of a high-rise apartment building leans over the railing and repeatedly swings a long, thin object, possibly a stick or pole, downward toward a lower balcony where another person is standing. The person on the lower balcony reacts by ducking and moving away as the object is swung. The scene takes place during the day in an urban residential setting.
