Clownery

A silver police car with flashing lights is stopped in traffic on a city street, then suddenly accelerates and swerves across lanes, colliding with a red car and a large truck. Two uniformed officers exit the police car and run after the truck, which is now driving away. The scene takes place on a multi-lane road lined with buildings and trees under a partly cloudy sky.
