A powerlifter lies on a red bench press rig, lifting a barbell loaded with blue and red weight plates while two spotters stand on either side, ready to assist. The lifter pushes the bar upward, then lowers it toward their chest in a repeated motion, with a large banner for a powerlifting competition visible in the background.
