“In the background…”

The image displays a static composition of several cartoon elements on a white background, including a smiling sun with a halo, three figures in traditional Russian attire, a black line drawing of the Eiffel Tower, and a cat wearing 3D glasses. The only change across the loop is the Eiffel Tower, which transitions from a black line drawing to a colorful, stained-glass-like version with red, yellow, green, and purple sections. The other elements remain fixed throughout the loop.
