Soft-boiled

A man in a wetsuit stands on a rock ledge beside a river, holding a rope with a blue object attached, then swings out over the water and drops down, disappearing from view. The scene shifts to two men in matching black suits and hats standing in front of a wooden structure, looking at the camera.
