Not a thing in sight

A hand opens a refrigerator door, revealing it to be completely full of various bottles of alcohol and soft drinks, then closes the door, leaving the refrigerator empty except for a single container on the middle shelf. The scene takes place in a room with a window and a bookshelf, and the video ends with a cut to a man in a suit sitting in a chair.
