Bruce Almighty

A man in a white t-shirt and plaid shirt walks down a city street, then turns and reacts with shock as a geyser of water erupts from a fire hydrant, drenching him and the surrounding area. The scene takes place on a sunny urban sidewalk with buildings, pedestrians, and a visible "Saman Brothers" sign.
