How sad

A close-up of a dark-haired anime character's face is shown with a glitch effect, followed by a rapid transition to a blonde character in a school uniform who looks down with a slight smile, then the scene cuts to a distorted, overexposed image of the same character's face, and finally shows the blonde character in a dynamic pose with arms raised, all set against a dark, indistinct background.
