bricklayer

A person in a red and black plaid shirt runs away from two police officers on a city sidewalk, then turns and confronts one officer, who grabs them by the neck and forces them to the ground, where the officer begins to handcuff their leg. The scene takes place on a sunny day on a city sidewalk next to a building with a blue and yellow facade.
