The main subject is a graphic with a thumbs-up icon and Russian text stating that every citizen has the right to a "joker" card replacing any document or record in the state registry, with a light flare effect moving across the text. The scene then cuts to the Joker character in a prison cell, who looks at the camera and makes a hand gesture.
