Had a good flight

A young child lies on a blue inflatable bed in a room with a large green exercise ball in the background, while an adult in an orange shirt stands nearby; the adult then runs and jumps onto the bed, causing the child to be jostled. The scene cuts to a man in a black t-shirt standing outside, who looks at the camera, turns his head, and then clenches his fist.
