A wide shot shows a large military formation assembled in a vast, open square under a clear blue sky, with a central monument and two figures standing on a platform. The scene cuts to a close-up of a religious leader in black and white vestments speaking at a podium, with two men in dark suits standing at attention beside him, then returns to the wide view of the formation.
