A man in a plaid shirt and backpack uses a blue outdoor exercise machine, stepping on the foot pedals and pulling the horizontal bars to simulate running, moving his legs in a striding motion while the machine's arms pivot back and forth. The scene takes place on a paved area of a playground with a blue running track, green grass, and tall residential buildings in the background.
