A man in a clown mask balances a metal keg on his head while another man swings a wooden stick at him, prompting a police officer in a high-visibility vest to intervene and move between them. The scene unfolds outdoors at a festival or event with a stage and equipment in the background, as the man with the stick repeatedly attempts to strike the clown, who dodges and moves around the area.
