Let's shorten it!

Inside a car, a man with white hair and glasses, sitting in the driver's seat, repeatedly reaches over and pats the head of a younger man with dark hair in the passenger seat. The passenger initially looks forward with a neutral expression, then turns his head slightly toward the driver as the patting occurs. The scene repeats in a loop, showing the same interaction against a backdrop of a bright sky visible through the windshield.
