Bob the Spongefish

A green fish in a white tank top and red shorts runs across the sandy ocean floor while pulling a red bag attached to a slingshot-like contraption, then collapses and drags a yellow sponge character behind him, causing the sponge to be pulled across the sand until it is lifted into the air, where it is seen being carried by the fish as a crowd of various sea creatures watches in shock.
