Train on water

A train emerges from a tunnel beneath a highway, releasing a massive cloud of white steam or smoke that rapidly expands across a flooded street. The steam billows forward, momentarily obscuring the view of the street and the traffic lights, before beginning to dissipate as the train continues forward.
