Stasyao-san

A person wearing a conical hat and a fake mustache appears in various settings, including a parliamentary chamber, a field with a horse, a road with a car, and a barn with chickens, performing exaggerated gestures and movements. The scenes transition rapidly, showing the individual in different environments, sometimes interacting with vehicles or animals, and at one point raising their arms in triumph between two cars.
