A player lies defeated on the ground in a first-person shooter game, then the perspective shifts to a character selection screen before cutting to a man in a pink shirt lying on a tiled floor, his face replaced with a cartoonish, wide-eyed expression. The scene is set within a video game environment, with the player's character and the man on the floor both remaining motionless throughout the loop.
