Kidneys for the tsarina

A man in ornate robes stands at a lavishly set table with a woman in a crown, while a woman in a white bonnet and shawl stands in a dimly lit room, and a woman with blue and pink hair in pigtails stands in a bar. The man at the table turns his head, the woman in the bar looks forward, and the woman in the bonnet turns her head to the side.
