A man in a dark suit and red tie stands at a white podium with a golden emblem, speaking into a microphone while positioned between two flags, one red and green and the other red, green, and yellow with a sun design; the scene cuts to a crowd of formally dressed people seated and watching, then to a man in a suit and glasses covering his mouth with his hand while standing in front of a black and red background.
