no brilliant green

A man in a dark blue shirt with white stripes on the sleeves and glasses is bent forward, his head lowered, in what appears to be a narrow, enclosed space with white walls. He remains in this hunched position throughout the loop, with slight movements of his head and shoulders, while a text overlay in Russian reads "НЕСПОКОЙНЫЙ ПЕШЕХОД" (UNRESTFUL PEDESTRIAN) and a location tag "КАЛИНИНГРАД" (KALININGRAD) appears in the upper left corner.
