what is this ?

Two tabby cats stand on a bed, looking up at a third cat that appears to be emerging from a hole in the wall; the cat in the wall extends its paw, prompting the standing cat to jump up and reach for it, while the other cat watches, all set against a plain white wall with a dumbbell on the bed.
