An orange tabby cat stands on its hind legs, reaching up with its front paws to press the lever on a white water cooler, causing a stream of water to flow into its mouth. The cat drinks the water as it flows, then pulls its head back slightly before returning to drink again, repeating the motion in a continuous loop. The scene takes place indoors on a light-colored floor with a plain wall and doorway in the background.
