A woman in a polka-dot dress is interviewed by a reporter holding a microphone with a red logo, while a crowd of people holding Belarusian flags and signs stands behind her in a public square; the scene remains static throughout the loop. The video then cuts to a woman in traditional clothing standing in a grassy field, raising her right arm and gesturing outward as she speaks, with large yellow text reading "За Русь" and a blue banner below stating "Предвыборная программа кандидата Ксении Собчак" displayed on screen.
