in the end

A man stands with his back to the camera, looking up at a sky filled with fiery meteors streaking downward over a city with tall, spire-like buildings. The scene shifts to show a crowd of people from behind, also watching the meteor shower, as the camera pans across the cityscape where the meteors leave bright trails and illuminate the dark, cloudy sky.
