ha-ha

Two men in suits sit in armchairs facing each other across a small table, with the flag of Belarus behind the man on the left and the flag of Russia behind the man on the right; they engage in conversation, with the man on the left gesturing with his hands while the man on the right listens and occasionally shifts his posture, and the camera briefly zooms in on the man on the right before returning to the wider shot.
