A man lies in a hospital bed as a doctor in blue scrubs and a nurse in green scrubs stand beside him; the doctor lifts a large cardboard box over the patient's face, then removes it to reveal the man now holding and laughing with several kittens on his chest. The scene takes place in a hospital room with medical equipment and monitors visible in the background.
