It’s glowing

A small, dark object floats in the sky above clouds, then two characters, one in a black outfit and one in a white suit, fly toward each other and grab hands, their hands glowing yellow as they collide. The character in the white suit, wearing a cowboy hat and with a small green dragon on his shoulder, reacts with a surprised expression, then a wide smile, as the other character's face is shown in close-up with a determined look. The scene takes place in a bright blue sky with white, swirling clouds.
