“Thing”

A person's bare foot steps into a pile of spilled buckwheat on a wooden floor, causing the grains to scatter as the bag lies overturned; the scene cuts to a man in a bathroom making a pained expression, then to a woman behind him, before returning to the spilled grains and the foot stepping into them again.
