Glutton

A red-haired boy in a red shirt eats ramen with chopsticks, his expression shifting from a wide smile to a look of intense satisfaction, then to a sudden, wide-eyed gasp as he clutches his chest, while a boy in a yellow shirt watches with growing alarm. The scene takes place at a wooden table in a warmly lit room.
